The lawyers at Mestemaker & Straub have been hired by Helotes and San Antonio residents to file a lawsuit against H.L. Zumwalt Construction Inc. The lawsuit asks the District Court to order Zumwalt to remove all wood from its site and never bring wood there again. The lawsuit also asks the Court to award compensation to our clients for their medical expenses, veterinarian bills, and cleanup costs.
